According to its website, Digital Power USA, Inc. is part of Digital Power, which has offered retail energy supply in the U.K. (and appears to still generate leads for such offers) and which is stated to be ramping up efforts to offer retail energy supply in Germany

Digital Power's leadership includes Dr. Hana-Muriel Setteboun (President), Noam Guzman, and Phil Roberts

Setteboun is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in power, including power generation, cyber & blockchain, and fintech, and previously founded and sold several tech and power companies

Guzman has a background in automation and AI, in fintech, traveltech, compliance, proptech, and power. Guzman co-founded Blue dot (formerly VATBox), an automated VAT compliance and recovery solution

Roberts is a 30-year veteran of the energy industry, with experience including working at the board level running and supporting energy companies across operation, technology and financial areas.

Among other things, Digital Power has focused on providing AI-based mobile applications to electricity consumers, including providing consumers with real-time insights into their energy usage, suggesting energy-efficient products and services, and helping them to manage their bills

According to a FERC filing from earlier this year, Digital Power USA, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Carbon Zero Ltd, an Israeli company owned by Setteboun and Guzman
