Update On Retail Supplier Customer Book Acquisition

Mid American Natural Resources, LLC confirmed that it is assigning "some" of its Pennsylvania customers in the Natural Fuel Gas
Distribution service area to Snyder Brothers, Inc.
There will be no changes in the price, terms or conditions of service as set forth in the affected customers' contracts
The assignment of those Pennsylvania customers described above is to be effective December 1, 2023.
Earlier this week, EnergyChoiceMatters.com was first to report that Mid American Natural Resources, LLC was assigning "some" of its New York natural gas customers at National Fuel Gas Distribution to Snyder Brothers, Inc.
