PUC Will Review Utilities' Proposed Bill Format Changes (Including PTC), Suspends Automatic Approval

A PUC of Ohio attorney examiner suspended the automatic approval process for bill format changes filed by the FirstEnergy Ohio EDCs
"The attorney examiner finds that additional information and investigation is
necessary to thoroughly review FirstEnergy’s application to revise its bill format," the examiner said
As previously reported, the changes include moving the PTC language and listing it twice
OCC has also proposed changes to PTC language in the case
