Most of Star Light and Power LLC's registration was filed under confidential seal
Pius Okobi is identified as CEO of Star Light and Power LLC
A FERC application for MBR authority noted that Star Light and Power LLC, "is in the process of applying for licenses from the State of New York to make retail sales
of electricity to residential and commercial end-users, and may offer similar services in other states
in the future."
According to the FERC filing, Mr. Pius Okobi is the sole owner of Star Light and Power LLC (the Applicant), and no other individual or company
owns ten percent (10%) or more of the Applicant. Mr. Okobi does not have an ownership interest
of ten (10%) or more in any other entity in the U.S. energy industry
Star Light and Power LLC and its affiliates
do not own, operate or control any electric generation or any transmission assets or
facilities, or any input to the production of electricity, the company said
