Retail Supplier Withdrawing Licenses

EnPowered USA Inc. informed the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio that it will not file for the renewal of its electric supplier certificate, which is set to expire on December 20, 2023
At the Pennsylvania PUC, a document filing has been captioned as, "ABANDONMENT - ENPOWERED USA LLC."
As of publication time, this specific document does not contain any explanatory letter from EnPowered USA Inc. but consists of a copy of the PUC's Checklist for an Application for License Abandonment for an Electric Generation Supplier, which includes several responses from EnPowered USA Inc.
In the Pennsylvania filing, EnPowered USA Inc. stated, "EnPowered never sold or marketed to customers in Pennsylvania," and that, "EnPowered does not have any customers."
