AEG Affiliated Energy Group Financial served as the exclusive financial advisor to EnerPenn USA, LLC in the transaction.
There were no other advisors in the transaction.

According to a data request issued by the Pennsylvania PUC, "On July 6, 2023, EnerPenn USA, LLC, Utility Code 1113668, filed with the Public
Utility Commission a Notice for Assignment of its Electric Generation Supplier license
customers to Clearview Electric Inc., Utility Code 1111714."
