Midstream Company Seeks Retail Supplier License

Horizon Midstream LLC applied for a Pennsylvania retail natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at National Fuel Gas Distribution
Though Horizon Midstream selected to serve all customer classes, in a narrative it stated it specifically seeks to serve residential and small commercial customers
Horizon Midstream LLC is affiliated with Copperhead Enterprises LLC, which owns and operates oil
and gas wells in Pennsylvania which produce natural gas for Horizon Midstream to transport to
sale points.
Horizon Midstream stated, "We are proposing to provide an uninterrupted natural gas supply for consumers from our affiliated
company local oil and gas fields. Our affiliated company's daily average is four hundred (400)
MCF, we are planning on marketing approximately fifty (50) MCF daily to start with and to
increase incrementally from there as are affiliated company commences its long-term drilling
program to increase production. The consumers will benefit by being able to have the option of
purchasing their energy supply from locally produced natural gas from an environmentally friendly
company who minimizes emissions and gives back to the community."
