Texas PUC Staff To Hold Workshop For Stakeholder Feedback On Rulemaking Priorities

Texas PUC Staff will host a public workshop on July 11, 2023 to discuss the implementation of legislation passed by the 88th Texas Legislature (R.S.).
While the primary focus of this workshop will be to receive comments on Commission Staff’s proposed rulemaking priorities for the implementation of legislation passed by the Texas Legislature, Staff said that, "as time allows, Commission Staff will also accept recommendations on what other rulemaking priorities the Commission should consider as it continues to develop its rulemaking calendar."
