PECO Residential Price To Compare Increasing 6% On June 1 (Update Includes Newly Filed TSC)

PECO has filed an update to its bypassable Transmission Service Charge (TSC) effective June 1, which, along with previously reported new Generation Supply Adjustment (GSA) charges, allows the computation of a new residential price to compare for the period beginning June 1, 2023
PECO's Rate R & RH residential price to compare will be 10.312 cents per kWh per the filings, which reflects the sum of the filed GSA of 9.393 cents per kWh and the filed TSC of 0.919 cents per kWh. The R/RH June 1 PTC is 6% higher than the current PTC of 9.726 cents per kWh
PECO's updated TSC filing also includes TSC rates for other classes, but presents them in per billed transmission kW form for small C&I customers, and not per kWh. PECO has not yet updated its price to compare page with the per kWh PTC transmission charges for the C&I classes (PA Power Switch also has not yet been updated)
The small C&I TSC is increasing June 1, 2023, to $2.29 per billed transmission kW, from the current TSC of $1.82 per billed transmission kW
