Retail Provider Acquires Texas Customer Book

IronHorse Power Services has acquired the Texas retail electric customer book of Eligo Energy TX, LLC.
As first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, Eligo Energy TX, LLC was recently purchased by ResidentShield Power, LLC, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yardi Systems, Inc.
The sale of the existing Eligo Texas book is seen by market observers as Yardi wishing to build its own book and not serve inherited customers from when it acquired the Eligo Energy TX, LLC Texas REP certificate.
