Energy) has entered into a transaction to sell several of its retail suppliers to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yardi Systems, Inc.
Specifically, Eligo Energy, LLC will sell to ResidentShield Power, LLC, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yardi Systems, Inc., the following retail suppliers: Phoenix Energy Group, LLC; Eligo Energy TX, LLC; and Eligo Energy ME, LLC.
Eligo Energy will retain all of its other retail energy suppliers active across the Northeast
The sale of Eligo Energy TX, LLC to ResidentShield Power, LLC had been first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com in January, though ResidentShield's parent could not be determined at such time
Yardi provides software and other solutions to the real estate industry
