PECO Files Correction To Upcoming New Generation Rates

PECO has filed with the Pennsylvania PUC revised new electric Generation Supply Adjustment (GSA) charges for the period beginning March 1, 2023, which reflect a correction due to the use of incorrect interest rates in calculating the rates that were previously filed and reported.

The GSA (labeled generation charge) is the largest component of the Price to Compare (PTC). The PTC also includes the transmission charge; new PTCs have not yet been posted

For the customer classes listed below, the revised rates are $0.00001 per kWh lower than the previously filed and reported rates for the period.

The revised rates are shown below ($/kWh). Rates for non R/RH classes are applicable for customers at or under 100 kW for such classes.
