PECO Files New Generation Rates

PECO has filed with the Pennsylvania PUC new electric Generation Supply Adjustment (GSA) charges for the period beginning March 1, 2023
The GSA (labeled generation charge) is the largest component of the Price to Compare (PTC). The PTC also includes the transmission charge; new PTCs have not yet been posted
For residential customers (R, RH), PECO's GSA effective March 1, 2023 will be $0.09000 per kWh, marginally lower than the current $0.09128 per kWh
For General Service (GS) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective March 1, 2023 will be $0.08651 per kWh, marginally lower than the current $0.08881 per kWh
For Primary - Distribution Power (PD) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective March 1, 2023 will be $0.08502 per kWh, marginally lower than the current $0.08727 per kWh
For High - Tension Power (HT) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective March 1, 2023 will be $0.08154 per kWh, marginally lower than the current $0.08370 per kWh
The new GSAs are to be effective March 1, 2023 through May 31, 2023. The rates remain subject to PUC approval
