Ambit New York, LLC is discontinuing service to all electric and natural gas customers in New York and plans to begin returning customers to utility service within 60 days.

In a filing, Ambit said that, "at this time, Ambit intends to maintain its eligibility to operate as an ESCO."

With respect to customers on a guaranteed savings plan, Ambit informed customers that, "After you end service with Ambit, Ambit will calculate your GSP savings and will send you a savings report and provide any GSP refund that you may be due."
