IronHorse Power Services, LLC, which received its initial Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate last year, has received an amendment to its Texas REP certificate to, among other things, include authority for collecting deposits

Specifically, under the amendment, IronHorse has the option of collecting customer deposits or residential advance payments, and the company has said that it, "plans to begin collecting deposits."
