Texas PUC Re-Adopts Chapter 25 Substantive Rules

The Public Utility Commission of Texas re-adopted without modification the Chapter 25 - Substantive Rules Applicable to Electric Service Providers, which include the substantive rules governing the competitive retail electric market

The rules must be reviewed and, as appropriate, re-adopted at least every four years.

In the preamble, the PUC generally said that various proposals filed by stakeholders in the proceeding may have merit, and may be considered in future rulemakings as resources allow
