Heritage Power, LLC filed an amendment to its Texas retail electric provider certificate to, for the first time in a public filing, list a CEO

Specifically, Tim Sanchez is now listed at CEO of Heritage Power, LLC in the REP amendment filing

An individual identified as Timmy Sanchez has been a managing member of Heritage Power, LLC since its formation as a Texas LLC.

Previous public REP certificate filings for Heritage Power, LLC did not list a CEO, but, in the section of the form which lists officers, did list Mike Tackett as President. Tackett remains President of Heritage Power, LLC (an individual identified as Michael L Tackett also serves as a managing member of Heritage Power, LLC).
