Retail Supplier Acquires Book Of Customers

Community Energy, Inc. (CEI) will assign some of its Pennsylvania retail electric customer contracts to the Energy Cooperative
Association of Pennsylvania, d/b/a The Energy Co-op
All of the customer contracts being assigned are located in the territories of
PPL and PECO
The assignment will take effect on or about May 25, 2022
The Energy Co-op will assume the assigned CEI contracts as they stand.
"Accordingly,
customers will experience no change in terms or conditions for the duration of their contracts. CEI
does not apply fees for customers who leave prior to the end of their contract, and The Energy Coop
will honor this provision as well," the companies said in a filing
Community Energy is not assigning all of its customer contracts
to The Energy Co-op, and after the assignment, CEI will continue to have some customers in
Pennsylvania. "CEI will remain in active operation to serve its remaining Pennsylvania customers,
and thereafter will determine whether it will continue to operate in Pennsylvania," CEI said in a filing
