TrailStone Energy Marketing, LLC filed at the Texas PUC to relinquish its Option 1 retail electric provider certificate

Trailstone Energy Marketing, LLC said in the filing that it has not utilized its REP certificate to provide electric services to any customers.

TrailStone Energy Marketing is part of the TrailStone Group, which is engaged in wholesale energy and commodities trading, and offers various asset management services. TrailStone Group was formed in April 2013 and is a group of companies funded by Riverstone private equity group.
