Electric E Power Marketing LLC has filed at the Texas PUC to relinquish its Option 2 retail electric provider certificate

Electric E Power Marketing LLC never provided retail electric service in Texas and it has no customers.

"Because Electric E Power Marketing LLC has never operated and due to a change in business plans, it has decided to relinquish its REP certificate," the company said.

As previously reported, Electric E Power Marketing LLC is ultimately a unit of Enterprise Products, which is engaged in various midstream energy services in the natural gas and oil industry, including natural gas marketing
