NRG Energy has executed an agreement to acquire the customer accounts of Infuse Energy.

Residential customers will be served by Reliant, Green Mountain Energy and Discount Power.

Commercial customers will be served by Reliant and Cirro Energy.

NRG specifically confirmed to EnergyChoiceMatters.com that, "The terms of all existing customer contracts will remain the same."

"We look forward to welcoming these customers when the transition is complete in April," NRG said
