Vistra-Owned Electricity Shopping Service (Broker) Receives Authority To Serve Residential Customers In Another Northeast State

Blitz Ventures Inc. d/b/a EnergyBot, the retail electricity plan comparison website owned by Vistra, received an amended electricity license from the Pennsylvania PUC to include service as a broker/marketer to residential electric customers in all service areas, in addition to all other customer classes
As previously reported, EnergyBot has offered residential service in Texas for some time, and last year updated its Ohio broker license to include residential service (and subsequently started residential service in Ohio). EnergyBot has also begun residential service in certain other markets which do not require class-specific broker licenses, such as Illinois
