Constellation NewEnergy, Inc., the Retail Energy Supply Association, and Interstate Gas Supply, Inc. jointly moved for the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio to issue an order setting a procedural schedule so that the parties may file comments regarding a PUCO Staff report on supplier consolidated billing filed in November 2021

As exclusively first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, the Staff report, concerning a pilot SCB program at AEP Ohio, says that SCB should not be expanded at this time, as Staff cited, "poor participation of the eligible providers and concerns with the methods of customer enrollment[.]"

"Constellation, RESA and IGS intend to respond to the Staff’s report, and request that the Commission promptly establish a procedural schedule setting deadlines for all parties to comment, and respond to comments, regarding the Staff’s report," the suppliers said

Constellation is the supplier actively providing supplier-consolidated bills to customers under the pilot program at AEP Ohio.
