Andrew Fitzgerald, as founder and CEO, has formed a new retail energy supplier named Maven Energy, LLC

Maven Energy, LLC has received a Massachusetts electric supplier license (though it has not yet started operations in the state) and has applied for a Maine license as a competitive electricity provider (supplier service)

In its Maine application, Maven Energy applied to serve medium and large non-residential customers at the three investor-owned utility service areas.

Fitzgerald previously held several director-level positions at retail supplier First Point Power, including Director of Operations. Fitzgerald was the first employee at First Point Power and grew the business over 10 years

Samantha Holland leads Maven’s strategic corporate partnership program. Holland has over 10 years in the media, digital marketing, advertising sales, and sports and entertainment spaces.

Maven Energy's website states that it offers power, renewable energy, and energy solutions with, "data-driven renewable solutions at competitive prices."

Maven's website further states that it offers integrated energy solutions and, "harmoniz[es] retail energy supply, wholesale markets, and modern grid infrastructure."

"We integrate energy supply, advanced energy analytics, and innovative renewable solutions to accelerate the clean energy transition," the company states, as it also monetizes energy assets
