Catherine Webking Joins Law Firm To Lead Utilities Practice

Catherine J. Webking has joined Spencer Fane LLP as a partner and will lead the firm's Utilities Industry Team from its Austin, Texas office
Webking serves as executive director of the Texas Energy Association for Marketers (TEAM) and has represented TEAM before the Texas PUC for nearly two decades.
Webking has previously been a partner at several law firms.
Spencer Fane also announced that Eleanor D’Ambrosio will be joining Webking in its Austin office. D’Ambrosio previously served as Deputy Director of the Texas PUC's Legal Division and held several prior roles at the PUCT. D’Ambrosio has also served as Assistant Public Counsel at the Texas Office of Public Utility Counsel and has held positions at the Office of the Texas Attorney General and at the Texas House of Representatives
