Texas PUC Staff To Hold Workshop On New Emergency Operations Plan Rule Applicable To Retail Providers, Others

The staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas will hold an informal, technical workshop on Friday March 11,2022, regarding implementation of 16 TAC § 25.53, adopted by the commission at the February 25, 2022 open meeting, relating to new rules and obligations for Emergency Operations Plans required to be developed and filed by various entities, including retail electric providers
The workshop will consist of a technical review of the requirements of the newly adopted rule and will provide affected entities with an opportunity to ask questions
