UtilityOn Corporation, a start-up, has filed with the Texas PUC a registration as a Texas electric broker
In the broker registration, Layne Loessin is listed as Owner/Shareholder of UtilityOn Corporation
An individual named Layne Loessin, with the same phone number as used in UtilityOn's broker registration, is, per Texas PUC records, listed as CEO of broker Linc Energy. Loessin previously served as CEO of Entrust Energy for several years, through 2019.
Although the listing of a Texas Secretary of State registration number is not required in broker registrations, and thus the registration number of the entity UtilityOn Corporation which submitted a registration with the Texas PUC is not known, there is only one entity with the name UtilityOn Corporation registered with the Texas Secretary of State. The Texas Secretary of State registration for this entity UtilityOn Corporation notes that the entity is a foreign (Delaware) corporation. Similarly, UtilityOn's broker registration lists a Delaware address under its legal business name and address.
