Retail Supplier Increases Ownership Stake In Another Supplier

Interstate Gas Supply, Inc. (GS) has effectively acquired an additional 5% interest in Dominion Energy Solutions, LLC. (DES), increasing IGS's total ownership of DES to 85%
As a result, Dominion Energy will effectively retain ownership of a 15% interest in DES
As first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, Interstate Gas Supply, Inc. (IGS) on December 1, 2021 had effectively acquired an 80% interest in DES.
IGS and DES will continue to be operated as independent and distinct legal entities.
"There will be no change to the service provided to customers nor will any aspect of the operation of DES materially change as an immediate result of the change in ownership," DES said in a regulatory filing
