IGS Energy Acquires 80% Interest In Retail Supplier

Interstate
Gas Supply, Inc. d/b/a IGS Energy (IGS) on December 1 effectively acquired an 80% membership interest in
Dominion Energy Solutions, LLC (DES).
Prior to the transaction, Dominion Energy Solutions recently converted from a corporation to a limited liability company
As a result, Dominion Energy will effectively retain ownership of a 20% interest in DES.
"IGS
and DES will continue to be operated as independent and distinct legal entities. There will be no
change to the service provided to customers or the financial integrity of either company, nor will
any aspect of the operation of DES materially change as an immediate result of the change in
ownership," IGS said
