Connecticut Light & Power Residential Default Service Rate Will Spike 64%, Small Business Rate Increasing 54%

Connecticut Light & Power has filed Standard Service rates for the period January 2022 to June 2022, and Last Resort Service Rates for the period January 2022 to March 2022

The January 2022 to June 2022 CL&P (Eversource) residential (Rate 1) supply rate will be 11.484¢/kWh, which is 64% higher than the current rate of 7.003¢/kWh.

These rates, and all rates below, include the bypassable Federally Mandated Congestion Charge of -0.090¢/kWh

CL&P small C&I Standard Service rates will increase 54% to 10.627¢/kWh for January 2022 to June 2022, from the current 6.918¢/kWh
