Retail Supplier Acquiring Book Of Customers

Major Energy Services, LLC, a brand of Via Renewables (f/k/a Spark Energy), is acquiring a book of retail natural gas customers from CIMA Energy Solutions, LLC
The book includes customers in various markets, including Pennsylvania. Major Energy
Services, LLC said that it recently closed "a master brokerage agreement" with CIMA Energy Solutions
In Pennsylvania, the book acquisition by Major includes nearly 650 natural gas customers: 72 at PECO, and 574 at UGI
Major will honor customers' current agreements that are in place with CIMA.
As previously reported, Spark recently announced certain book purchases, but did not disclose the seller at such time
