Texas Cotton Ginners Association Files Complaint Against Retail Electric Provider At Texas PUC
The following story is brought free of charge to readers by EC Infosystems, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
The Texas Cotton Ginners Association (TCGA) has filed at the Texas PUC a formal complaint against MidAmerican Energy Services LLC, alleging that supplemental ancillary service charges billed by MidAmerican are in contravention of the fixed priced agreements with TCGA members (Docket 52273)
The allegations raised in the TCGA complaint are substantially similar to those raised in a previously reported complaint filed against MidAmerican Energy Services by Thigbe LLC (see story and details here). TCGA sought to join the Thigbe complaint (Docket 52221)
Separately, Suffolk Business Solutions also filed a similar complaint against MidAmerican Energy Services, in the Thigbe docket
