Texas REPs Commit To Funding Texas Low-Income Customer List For New Fiscal Year

Several Texas retail electric providers have requested to participate in the matching process to receive a list of their low-income customers for the next fiscal year (fiscal year beginning on September 1, 2021.)

The list is only produced in an upcoming fiscal year if at least one REP requests the list by July 31

The NRG retail providers committed to contribute $20,000 for its listed REPs: Green Mountain Energy Company (REP Certificate 10009), Reliant Energy Retail Services, LLC (REP Certificate 10007), Stream SPE, Ltd. (REP Certificate 10104), US Retailers LLC (REP Certificate 10177), XOOM Energy Texas, LLC (REP Certificate 10203), CPL Retail Energy L.P. (Certificate No. 10023), Direct Energy, LP (Certificate No. 10040), First Choice Power, LLC (Certificate No. 10008), and WTU Retail Energy L.P. (Certificate No. 10022).

The following REPs have also filed a request for the list, agreeing to pay a pro-rata share of the remaining cost

• Tara Energy and Smart Prepaid Electric

• Fulcrum Retail Energy LLC d/b/a Amigo Energy

• Accent Energy (IGS Energy)
