Shell Acquires Texas Retail Electric Provider

MP2 Energy Retail Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of MP2 Energy LLC, whose parent company is Shell Energy North America (US), LP, has acquired Texas retail electric provider Pulse Power, LLC

Pulse Power's REP certificate amendment filing with the Texas PUC indicates that Rob Cantrell remains with Pulse Power, with the same title of President

David Black, CEO of MP2 Energy, is now listed as CEO of Pulse Power

Per the certificate amendment, Phillip Wills retains the title of Vice President - Finance at Pulse Power.

"Pulse Power will continue to conduct business as a retail electric provider in the manner it has been since 2018," the certificate amendment states

Prior to the acquisition, Pulse Power had a credit support agreement with Shell
