Luminant Withdraws Notification of Suspension of Operations For Generating Unit In ERCOT

ERCOT issued a market notice stating that, on April 1, 2021, Luminant Generation Company LLC ("Luminant") notified ERCOT that it is withdrawing the Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for TRSES_UNIT6.
Luminant had submitted the NSO on November 30, 2020, and the suspension was to be effective April 29, 2021.
The since-withdrawn NSO had originally indicated that the Resource was to be decommissioned and retired permanently as of April 29, 2021. The since-withdrawn NSO had further indicated that the Resource has a summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 235 MW, and a summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 70 MW
Because Luminant has canceled the planned decommissioning and retirement of TRSES_UNIT6, Luminant will be required to submit a new NSO if it wishes to suspend operation of the Resource in the future, ERCOT said in the market notice
