Texas Retail Electric Provider Acquires Book Of Customers

Frontier Utilities has acquired a book of Texas electric customers from Our Energy LLC, according to a source familiar with the transfer of customers
Frontier Utilities is an affiliate of Gexa and NextEra Energy
Our Energy said in a filing with the Texas PUC that it anticipates that all customers will be transferred by February 28, 2021
At this time, Our Energy has stopped enrolling new customers.
"Our Energy also plans to relinquish the certificate once all the obligations have been met," Our Energy said in the filing, which it made with the PUC to be relieved of its non-volunteer POLR obligations
