A job post from Rhythm is seeking a candidate to,"Perform transactional activities associated with serving electric supply customers," as well as to, "Research, summarize, and analyze transaction and billing data to ensure performance within SLAs," and to, "Manage EDI and billing operations."
A trademark filing by Rhythm Energy, Inc. for the name "Rhythm" states that the mark is for, among other things, "[r]etail energy provider services that allow customers to purchase energy, renewable energy, electricity, and natural gas; retail energy provider services," as well as various energy management and monitoring services, as well as renewable energy financing (among other services, see below for a full listing of services included in the trademark filing)

According to Texas Secretary of State records, where Rhythm Energy, Inc. has filed as a foreign for-profit corporation (Rhythm Energy, Inc. being incorporated in Delaware), Predrag Popovic is listed as "Director" of Rhythm Energy, Inc.
Rhythm Energy, Inc.'s registration as a foreign for-profit corporation with the Texas Secretary of State, filed on January 28, 2020, lists only Popovic under the section of the application for listing each person on Rhythm Energy, Inc.'s board of directors.
