NY PSC Grants Extension For ESCOs Seeking Waiver Of Low-Income Service Prohibition
The New York PSC has extended the deadline by which ESCOs must file for a request for a waiver of the PSC's prohibition on service to low-income customers, under which ESCOs must offer a guaranteed savings product to such customers.
The PSC extended the deadline for filing such waiver requests to January 30, 2017, in response to an extension request filed on behalf of the Impacted ESCO Coalition by the Feller Law Group
The deadline had previously been January 15, 2017
