Benchmark Services, Inc., which offers procurement services to commercial and industrial customers through an online procurement platform, announced that it has acquired New York-based Natural Gas Business Associates
Natural Gas Business Associates is an energy brokerage and consulting company.
Benchmark, which was founded in May 2016, aims to use the acquisition to help grow its brokerage business.
Benchmark Services is based in Syracuse, New York.
