PUCT Dismisses Without Prejudice NA Power, LLC REP Application
The PUCT dismissed without prejudice the REP certificate application of NA Power, LLC due to an insufficient showing that the applicant meets the financial requirements for certification. The application was first reported in Matters (9/8). Although a legal affiliation is not clear, NA Power, LLC is essentially a unit of North American Power, with the same leadership, address, and website.

The PUCT dismissed without prejudice the REP certificate application of Texas Solaro Energy, LLC for failure to provide sufficient information to the Commission concerning several requirements for certification. The application was first reported in Matters (9/8).
Dynamic Energy Seeks Ohio Broker License
Start-up Dynamic Energy applied for an Ohio electric broker license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas, as well as residential customers at Duke Energy Ohio. Principal Derrick Parker has previously brokered load for a number of companies in the ComEd market.
Energy Professionals, LLC Seeks Ohio Gas Broker License
Energy Professionals, LLC applied for an Ohio natural gas broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. Energy Professionals, LLC already holds an Ohio electric broker license and is also licensed as an electric broker/aggregator in Illinois, Maryland, New Hampshire, and Washington, D.C. Energy Professionals, LLC said that it is considering seeking gas broker licenses in these states, and is also considering applying for a New Jersey electric broker license.
