For the past month, the return of some 8,500 Dominion Retail customers to default service had masked any gross additions to residential migration at PPL.

However, from September 25 through October 1, PPL recorded a net gain of 650 migrated residential customers, its first weekly growth in residential migration since late August. The growth reverses a net loss of 109 migrated residential accounts a week ago, and a loss of 1,000 accounts two weeks ago.

PECO again recorded the highest volume of net weekly residential migration growth at 2,500 accounts, in line with growth of 3,000 a week ago and 2,400 two weeks ago.

West Pen Power continues to see the rate of residential migration decline, with migration growth of 1,400 residential accounts in the past week, versus 2,000 each of the past two weeks, and more than double that total a month ago.

Penelec also saw weekly residential migration growth slow to 800 accounts in the most recent week, versus 1,500 a week ago, and around 2,500 for most of early September.
