Direct Energy Launches Residential Offers at Ameren

Direct Energy has launched residential electric offers in all three rate zones at Ameren Illinois.

Direct's intent to serve residential customers at Ameren was first reported in Matters (7/28)

In each zone, Direct Energy is offering a fixed rate of 5.34 cents per kWh for 12 billing cycles.

There is no early cancellation fee associated with the product.

Direct Energy will use utility consolidated billing for residential service at Ameren.
