Satori Energy Acquires Select Energy Partners

Satori Energy has acquired broker Select Energy Partners, LLC, based in Chicago, Illinois.

Terms were not disclosed.

Select Energy Partners was founded in 2008 and serves approximately 500 clients, primarily in the state of Illinois. Select Energy Partners also has operations in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Maryland.

Clients are primarily small to mid-sized commercial customers.

Satori Energy offers electric and gas brokering and procurement services over a national footprint.

"The Select Energy Partners name, associated brand, and business operation will remain intact. Our collective intent is to continue business as usual, without any interruption attributed to the transaction, and to continue to deliver and create value for Select Energy Partners clients," said Anna M. Baluyot, Vice President of Satori Energy

Select Energy Partners will continue to operate under the Select Energy Partners name, as a Satori Energy company.
