TriEagle Energy to Offer AMS-Based Prepaid Service in ERCOT

TriEagle Energy has filed a statement of intent to provide prepaid retail electric service in Texas.

The product will rely on the TDU advancing metering systems.

TriEagle Energy will market the prepaid service under the brand Power House Energy, a trade name which TriEagle has been authorized to use since being certified in 2003.

A terms of service, Electricity Facts Label, and Prepaid Disclosure statement were filed under seal.
