First Choice Power Launches New Continuous Service Agreement Program

First Choice Power launched today a new continuous service agreement (CSA) program for Texas apartment owners and managers.
First Choice Power said that program will include enhanced features and a streamlined approach to simplify and ease the CSA process.
"Our new CSA Select program gives property owners the control they need to ensure that as tenants move in and out, electricity service automatically transfers in and out of the complex's name seamlessly," said Jeff Schiefelbein, Vice President of sales for First Choice Power.
Under the program, First Choice Power offers property owners 24/7 access to their accounts through an online management tool, so owners can easily monitor the service status of each unit.
First Choice Power also offers apartment owners a dedicated CSA customer service team to help with setup, billing questions, online support and account updates.
First Choice Power said that its CSA Select Plan includes a referral program that provides financial rewards, creating an additional revenue stream for apartment owners. Additional details regarding incentives were not immediately available.
