Global Energy Services Seeks Ohio Broker License
Global Energy Services, LLC applied for an Ohio electric broker license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas. Global Energy Services, LLC, owned by Coal Equity, Inc., was originally founded to consult on coal procurement, marketing and logistics, but has transitioned to electric and gas procurement services in competitive retail markets. Global Energy Services is active in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and has applied for an Illinois ABC license as well.
Option One Energy LLC Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Option One Energy LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes at PECO, PPL, Met-Ed, UGI, Pike County, Citizens, and Wellsboro. The application was first reported in Matters (6/2).
Efficient Energy Solutions, LLC Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Efficient Energy Solutions, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers above 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers at Duquesne Light, Penn Power, West Penn Power, PPL, Met-Ed, and Penelec. The application was first reported in Matters (3/22).
Blue Pilot Energy Seeks Maryland Electric License
Blue Pilot Energy, LLC applied for a Maryland electric license as a supplier/marketer, aggregator, and broker to serve residential and commercial customers in all service areas. As previously reported, Blue Pilot Energy is an affiliate of several telecomm firms including NOS Communications, Blue Ridge Telecom Systems, LLC, and Affinity Networks, Inc., and recently applied for a Maryland gas license (9/9)
