Kansas Energy Seeks Texas REP Certificate
Kansas Energy LLC applied for an Option 1 Texas REP certificate. Kansas Energy is a wholesale natural gas and power marketer and trader which, as only reported by Matters, recently expanded to retail gas marketing in Ohio (2/4). Kansas Energy moves an average of 250,000 to 350,000 MCF per day, and is majority owned by Itochu Corp.
TWP Energy to Change Name to PA Gas Marketing LLC
Retail natural gas supplier TWP Energy, LLC has applied at the Pennsylvania PUC to change its name to PA Gas Marketing LLC. TWP Energy is now owned by SteelRiver Infrastructure Fund North America LP, which also owns Peoples Natural Gas and Peoples TWP (f/k/a T. W. Phillips Gas and Oil Co.). TWP Energy had previously indicated to the PUC that it would change its name such that it would not reference an affiliated LDC (5/17).

BidURenergy, Inc. has received a Connecticut electric aggregator certificate to serve residential, commercial, industrial, municipal and governmental customers. The application was first reported in Matters (6/17)
Luthin Associates Receives Massachusetts Retail Agent License
Luthin Associates, Inc. received a Massachusetts natural gas retail agent license to serve commercial customers.
