Flash: PECO Announces Updated Price to Compare

PECO this morning announced a new residential Price to Compare, for the three-month period beginning October 1.
The new residential price to compare will be 11.14 cents per kilowatt-hour, beginning October 1.
That compares to a current Rate R Price To Compare of 10.42 cents per kWh for usage up to 500 kWh, and a Rate R Price To Compare of 11.69 cents per kWh for usage over 500 kWh.
PECO has not yet posted updated Price to Compare tables with data for all rate classes online.
In a news release, PECO said that for the fourth quarter, prices for small business customers not purchasing their electricity from a competitive supplier will increase about 4.5 percent, and prices for large business customers not purchasing their electricity from a competitive supplier will decrease about 3 percent.
PECO did not list specific commercial Prices to Compare in its news release, more details to follow tomorrow.
