Reliant Seeking N.Y. ESCO License

Reliant Energy Northeast LLC has a license pending to become an energy services company, or ESCO, in New York, NRG Energy disclosed yesterday in a filing at FERC concerning the New York ISO capacity market. NRG also said that Green Mountain Energy Company, "has a substantial and fast-growing retail portfolio in New York."

People's Power & Gas Receives Ohio Electric License
