True Electric Adds Milagro Trade Names

The PUCT approved an amended REP certificate for True Electric LLC to add the trade names Milagro Electric and Milagro Power. As only noted in Matters, True Electric previously purchased the Milagro customer book (5/17).

Start-up The Energy Consulting Group Seeking Several Broker Licenses, Including Ohio

Start-up The Energy Consulting Group, LLC applied for an Ohio electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. The Energy Consulting Group said that it is also pursuing a Maryland license, and also intends to be active in Texas, New York, and Michigan, where a broker license is not required.
